The flavors on the palate are ripe raspberry, Red Vines and dried herbs, layered with orange-blossom honey, orange zest and a dry, supple finish. Pair with grilled Gulf prawns and tropical fruit relish.

This dark pink colored Rosé of Petite Sirah from Theopolis opens with a dark chocolate and light red plum bouquet with a hint of oolong tea. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with nicely integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, seamless, and fresh. The flavor profile is mild strawberry and stone dust blend with notes of watermelon and saline. I also detected hints of faint red cherry. The finish is dry and refreshing. I would pair this very good and approachable Rosé with steamed mussels. Enjoy
